Take & Train

Take & Train is an everyday pre-workout brand built for anyone who wants to train harder, no caffeine, no excuses. A product designed to fuel performance without the crash, made for a generation that takes fitness seriously.

The pre-workout market is dominated by aggressive, skull-heavy branding that speaks almost exclusively to men. Take & Train wanted packaging that grabbed attention and stood out on shelves, without alienating half their potential audience or blending into the tired "hardcore gym bro" aesthetic.

The entire brand identity was built from scratch, logo, color palette, typography, iconography, patterns, box packaging, and zip pouches. The logo was intentionally kept as a clean, simple wordmark because everything else in the identity is loud enough to carry the energy. Bold colors, custom icons, layered patterns, and a raw torn-paper texture come together to create something that feels high-energy and fun without being intimidating a pre-workout brand for everyone.
